With more than 30 years of experience in international business and manufacturing, Fred has built deep expertise in global sourcing, importing, and the gaming industry. As CEO of Catapult Global, he remains actively involved in the company's strategic direction, customer relationships, and operational leadership, bringing decades of industry knowledge and hands-on experience to the organization.
Rocio Palma
Chief Financial Officer
Over the course of nearly 20 years with Catapult Global, Rocio Palma has helped lead the company through significant operational growth and transformation. Her experience spanning operations, administration, and finance has been instrumental in driving organizational scalability, ERP implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the company.

Diana has been an integral part of Catapult Global for over a decade, growing alongside the organization and advancing from Director of Customer Relations to Chief Operating Officer. Her deep understanding of the business, its customers, and its operations has enabled her to play a key role in the company's growth and evolution, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic alignment.

Ryan has grown with Catapult Global for nearly a decade, taking on leadership roles across operations and supply chain management. As Director of Operations and NetSuite ERP Administrator, he drives operational efficiency, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company's continued growth.
